(TCA) offers a broad range of benefits in one program, combining the best
support in the industry with feature-rich software updates, abundant training
resources, and peer community support. With TCA, you don’t have any surprises
and you have what you need to build your business using Tigerpaw. While under
TCA, you will receive all service packs, product upgrades, and full version
releases of products that you own—at no additional charge. In fact, starting in
2011, Tigerpaw guarantees two releases each year as part of our TCA program.
In addition to upgrades, you have access to troubleshooting assistance and full
software support for all Tigerpaw products including:
- All users in your company have access to Tigerpaw’s Support Department through
our toll-free 800 number (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CT)
- Any user can email our Support Department with questions
- All users have the ability to submit online support tickets 24/7
- Any user in your organization can utilize web-based self-help resources
including videos and other training tools

We also recognize that sometimes you need a little extra help - not everyone has
all the resources they need on site. So, we offer professional services to
support your unique IT needs that fall outside of our software support services.
In addition to general IT services, a special Start-Up Program is also available
